Tipper Trailer Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Hire Agreement:
By hiring the tipper trailer from Riverland Junk Removal, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. The rental includes a full load of 5 cubic meters for $350.

2. Hire Period:
The rental period is 2 days, starting from the time of trailer pickup. Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in advance and will incur an additional charge of $50 per day.

3. Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of trailer drop-off. Payments can be made via

Cash - No Surcharge

Credit/Debit card - 1.4% Surcharge

Afterpay - 6% Surcharge

4. Travel Fees:

Paringa, Renmark, Berri  -  No charge.

Loxton, Barmera, Monash  -  $30

Waikerie  -  $60

Blanchetown  -  $80

​

5. Customer Responsibility:
The customer is responsible for loading the trailer. The trailer must not be moved from the drop point. We will come and take the trailer once the customer has finished loading or at the end of the 2-day hire period.

6. Weight Limits:
The maximum weight limit for the full trailer is 1000kgs, For half the trailer the maximum weight limit is 500kgs.  Overloading the trailer is prohibited and may result in additional fees.

7. Prohibited Items:
The following items are not allowed to be loaded into the trailer:

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, solvents, paint)

  • Explosives or flammable materials

  • Medical waste

  • Batteries

  • Liquid waste

  • Contaminated soil or waste

  • Any other items deemed unsafe or illegal

8. Items Incur Fees:
The following items will incur a fee to be loaded into the trailer:

  • Mattress  -  $50 Each

  • Car Tyres  -  $20 Each

  • Truck Tyres  -  $45 Each

  • Bricks  -  $1 Each

  • Tiles  -  $0.50 Each

  • Cinder Blocks  -  $5 each

9. Damage and Liability:
The customer is liable for any damage to the trailer or Riverland Junk Removal property during the hire period. The customer agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage.

10. Indemnification:
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Riverland Junk Removal harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the hire and use of the trailer.

11. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental will incur a cancellation fee of $40.
